No Returns. If you have an issue with a damaged product due to shipping please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product that is damaged. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to replace items from your order.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Our turnaround time from start to ship is 7-14 business days. We use USPS Priority 2-3 days or UPS Ground for larger orders.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
